The staff was just wonderful! They went outta their way to help us out, and I appreciated how clean the room was too. Only thing that bugged me was the beds weren’t too comfy, felt like rollin’ on a marshmallow! Woulda liked ’em a bit firmer for a better night’s sleep.

Take advantage of the pancake maker at breakfast. it's a fun way to start your day and a hit with everyone.

the room was nice, super clean but the beds were absolutely too soft, I felt like I was in quicksand! also, the wallpaper was peeling like those old movies—definitley not a good look. I was so close to giving a good review but was shocked they didn’t offer any special treatment for my oh-so-important stay.

We faced significant frustration with the bed's comfort level. My partner and I found it way too soft and difficult to sleep on. Additionally, the pillows were uncomfortably heavy, making it impossible to adjust them without effort. It's upsetting when you can't get a good night's rest, especially when traveling.

For a wedding trip, this place really came through for us. The room was super clean and had everything we needed, which made our stay really comfortable. Spent two nights in the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, Mobility Access. The location was perfect for attending a wedding. The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful, making the check-in process smooth despite arriving a bit earlier than the listed 3 PM check-in. The room was super clean and equipped with everything we needed. One highlight was the breakfast featuring a cool pancake maker that the kids loved! However, the bed comfort was an issue for us. The mattress felt too soft, and some pillows seemed uncomfortably heavy, making it hard to find a good sleeping position. Also, I noticed the room lacked a closed-in closet space, which made organizing our belongings a bit tricky. But the fruit available in the lobby was a nice touch, and it added a welcoming feel to our mornings. Overall, a decent stay with a few areas needing improvement.

A cozy stay by the lake

I loved the complimentary fruit in the lobby that added a sweet touch to my mornings. The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my visit.

However, the lack of a closed-in closet was a bit inconvenient for storing my belongings, and the AC needed to run at max to keep the room comfortably cool.

Just a fine choice for a city holiday in Greensboro with outstanding value. The complimentary breakfast was a nice surprise, especially the pancake maker! Arrive early to enjoy a full morning without rushing.

The Tru By Hilton provided a very comfortable stay for my work trip. The room was exceptionally clean and well-equipped, with conveniences such as a desk and iron. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast. the pancake maker added a delightful touch to start the day. The hotel lobby was a nice gathering spot, allowing the team to connect in a relaxed environment.

The bed was a bit too soft for my preference.
